I would like to see the back of my head with no props or manipulation. Just a good look at what it must be like to be me while not being me which is quite impossible.
The back and the top of my head I would like to see.
I’m closer to seeing the back of my head rather than the top of my head but I never will without at least two reflectors, one out front and one in my hand behind me.
I could also stand between three to four shiny metal objects and at the correct angle see me where I can’t see me without them.
Before there were shiny objects there was never a chance to see your back and top, having only water to reflect your face.
Not to complain but I’m not thrilled with the idea that there was a time when all a person could do was look forward. They could only see themselves coming or turn around to see where they’ve been without them in it.
Nowadays we can stand behind us with a third party watching what someone else records. Some could even have a three-million person party watching the back or top of their head if that is what they so desire.
Most of us today don’t think about the back of our heads and still think we deserve a three-million person party over our face and the front.
When people could only crouch down at a river to see their reflection they only saw maybe 30 people in their entire lives. I’m not sure if they wanted to see the top and back of their own head but something tells me they did.
