#Mental health is to remain being yourself when everything you know is inside your head trying to get out. It is the most important quality of ourselves perceived before we become more like others. With limited understanding of us people will only ask questions or comment on who we used to be before you changed from you to you and back to you again.

#Mindfulness is achieved sometimes by leaving the place you have reserved in your head for all those bad things you’ve done that you need to do good for now. That place was a better place before you realized you did anything wrong. You have to get back there so you float there again on your back. Telling yourself that you didn’t know you could float tells you that you can do no wrong. But when you don’t know what you can’t do you’re more likely to make mistakes. Everything that surrounds you will now take on your mistakes. Your mistakes are not only your problem and your problems become everyone’s mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. Your problem is everyone’s problem. You are not alone. No problem.

#Nature is the reliability of physical things to one another when reliability means one physical thing won’t live without the next physical thing unless reliability becomes more about being on time and less about taking up space.

#Philosophy is taking the most complex comedy and making it so simple that it makes you mad.
