My wriggling thumbs and dotted eyes fixed and transfixed on the glow of avarice that is between me and the ground and a barrier between everyone around that is not as well off as I. Find yourself and there you are, a split second from everywhere else you want to be but you’re stuck inside of technology. Calm your wits, dull your senses, you can have it back in twenty seconds. Press on in the game of look and see but whatever you do don’t look at me. I have a jewel here too that is polished and gleaming. If you look closer you can see me in it having coffee with you a year ago last minute. But that was a minute ago I’ve moved on, there is a world out there waiting for me to post on a site with other artists, nothing taboo, no pictures of dinner, cats or violence just another way to not be silenced.
Nothing Taboo

This blog is a multifaceted writing/journaling approach to recovery from mental illness and addiction. I am not a comedian but rather a rattled jewel of sarcasm encased in art. Health, humor, and love is what I seek under the umbrella of family. View all posts by Francis Erich McElroy
