Pearl of Wisdom

Maybe, just maybe, the people who try to run this planet today were oysters in their previous lives and everybody helping them to fuck it up ran this planet some time ago but also in their previous lives. Oysters at one point that can’t learn, politicians today that won’t learn from past mistakes, and media yesterday that will never learn the concern about our future would be a good argument for reincarnation over natural selection. We can argue what came first: the oyster or the politician before we go making our selections at the ballot box and the journalist or the politician before we go making those selections from false publicity. In the meantime, the people who actually run the world will have their luxurious oysters Rockefeller before being reincarnated as oysters themselves. The blind lead the blind. The rich eat the rich.
